designaren conceptualized the theme for the hiring campaign at McDonalds, along with Radhi Jangla of Oneupworks. The creative challenge was to expand the recruitment drive at McDonalds in the most unique way and to present what it means to work at the most popular fast-food franchise. The theme for the hiring campaign '@McDonalds I can', along with its fun illustrations, redefine opportunities for advancement that McDonalds provides, including flexible work timings.
